From complex form
to finished piece.

Artist-led fabrication for sculpture and collectible design. We bring together resin fabrication, metal production, silicone molding and production guidance to find the right approach for each work.

From complex digital forms to carefully resolved surfaces, the process serves the artist’s intent. Explore how we make below.

Resin fabrication

Complex forms often call for more than one way of making. We combine industrial SLA printing, epoxy resin and fiberglass, using printed components alongside molded composites when a piece cannot be produced as a single part. That flexibility allows the construction approach to follow the geometry of the work.

Assembly and careful surface preparation lead into automotive and proprietary finishes, including our Veloura surfaces. Color, reflection and texture are developed as part of fabrication, so the final surface feels integral to the piece.

Casting & foundry production

We coordinate bronze and stainless-steel production for sculpture and collectible design, working with specialist production partners. Casting suits complex volumes, while fabrication brings shaped metal components together through fitting and welding. The method is selected around the form, scale and intended surface.

From separate components to a coherent piece, assembly, seam refinement and progressive polishing are central to the result. We manage the production process and the finish, maintaining a clear connection between the artist’s vision and the practical work of making.

Silicone molding & editions

A mold is designed around the piece it needs to reproduce. We make silicone molds for sculpture editions, planning how the surface is captured, how the mold separates and how the finished part can be released. Fiberglass support structures help the flexible mold hold its form during production.

For complex geometry, we combine molded sections with printed components rather than forcing the entire work into one mold. This hybrid approach supports repeatable production while preserving the detail and character of the original form.

Production guidance

Every project begins with the intended result: the form, scale, material and surface the artist wants to achieve. We help choose an appropriate production approach, considering how the work will be made, assembled and finished. Our experience comes from producing our own sculpture, connecting creative intent with practical making.

Bring a finished 3D file, reference material or an early concept. Together, we can discuss the next development steps, explore materials and finishes, and assess what the project needs before committing to a fabrication route. Have a sketch or concept? Let’s discuss the next step.
